Robert M. Miele

Attorney Robert M.Miele is available to meet with clients in both our Goshen location in Orange County and our Suffern location in Rockland County.

ROBERT M. MIELE is an experienced federal and state trial attorney, admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, concentrating in complex personal injury litigation, including auto accidents, road design, traffic control, premise liability and work site accidents. Robert Miele also concentrates heavily in medical malpractice and products liability law. Many of Mr. Miele's litigation accomplishments have resulted in verdicts and settlements in the millions.

Mr. Miele has been practicing law since 1985. He received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his law degree from Delaware Law School.

Mr. Miele is admitted to practice in all state trial and appellate courts in both New York and New Jersey, and in the United States Court of Appeals, Second and Third Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Rockland County and Orange County Bar Associations, New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers' Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
