Criminal Law ~ From a simple standpoint, criminal law is a set of rules and sanctions whereby an individual is held legally accountable for his or her actions that violate a penal code. Both consumers and businesses can become victims of defective, dangerous or misrepresented products or machinery.

Medical Malpractice cases involve the professional negligence of a physician, hospital or other medical care facility or entity. These cases frequently involve very complex litigation.
