Robert M. Miele

Robert M. Miele has more than 36 years of experience as a federal and state trial attorney. Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, he focuses his practice on complex personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, road design, traffic control, premises liability and worksite accidents. Mr. Miele also concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability law and medical malpractice.

Many of Mr. Miele’s litigation accomplishments have resulted in verdicts and settlements in the millions. Mr. Miele has been practicing law since 1985. He received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his law degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University.

Mr. Miele is admitted to practice in federal and state trial and appellate courts in both New York and New Jersey.
